2. Timeline: The expected timeline for the project, including deadlines for sketches, revisions, and final delivery is established early on in the process.

• Unforeseen circumstances may result in delays or unexpected cancellations on my part.

3. Payment: Commissions will include a 50% deposit, milestone payments for longer works, and a 50% final payment upon completion.

• Rush orders may be subject to additional fees

• More revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount will result in additional fees

• Payment methods include Zelle, Square (and it’s accepted cards), Cashapp, USD in cash and PayPal.

4. Intellectual property: The artist retains copyright and the right to display the artwork in their portfolio or for promotional purposes, while the client has the right to use the artwork for personal or commercial purposes as specified in the agreement.

5. Revisions: This section outlines the number of revisions included in the commission and any additional fees that may be charged for revisions beyond that limit. It may also specify the process for requesting revisions and the timeline for completing them.

6. Communication: This section specifies the preferred method of communication between the artist and the client, as well as the frequency and response time for communication. It may also include provisions for handling disputes or issues that may arise during the project.
